So you wanna shoot concerts - intro

Wow! So impressed with the response for doing this blog - excellent I'm even more keen to get the ball rolling now :) 

I figure it's best if I split the project into weekly sections so far I'm thinking the following:
 

• The Basics  
• The gear you need (and some you'll pine for for the rest of your life) 
• Starter settings and other elements to consider (lighting/colours/movement etc) 
• How to request a pass (aka starting a music website or befriending someone with one!) 
• The day of the show (preparation, confirmations, collection, potential problems and how to avoid them) 
• Photo Pitt Etiquette  
• You've got your shots - now what? (editing, backing up, watermarks..)  
• Sharing your images 

Also - if you have any specific questions you want answered please respond to this post and I'll do my absolute best to answer it in the relevant topic blog - and also if anyone has any more ideas for topic areas or anything you feel I've missed I'm all ears :)
